After his banking apprenticeship, Thomas Sieber studied civil engineering at the Munich University of Applied Sciences until his intermediate diploma. He then studied business informatics at the Munich University of Applied Sciences and graduated with a diploma. After his time in Munich, he began studying business administration and computer science at the Humboldt University in Berlin. In the process, he took courses at the three major universities in Berlin, the Free University of Berlin, the Technical University of Berlin and the Humboldt University of Berlin, and completed his study activities with a Master's degree in Business Informatics.
After various employment relationships and freelance activities, he finally became self-employed in 2016. In 2018, he founded Argument IT Consulting GmbH & Co. KG.
